One Take Fake

Play as JERRY, a RV-dwelling, middle-aged con artist, and attempt to record the perfect alien hoax.

As a social outcast armed with a puppet, camcorder, green-screen, and mixtape, you must craft the perfect extraterrestrial message in one take in order to scare nearby gullible small-towns-folk into giving up their RICHES. ...Or really, whatever they have on hand. Maybe a couple bucks? Jerry is used to settling. Ask his ex-wife.

HOW TO PLAY

– All you need is a mouse to play! Click to the beat of the music to advance. Follow the scrolling indicator closely as it hits the vertical bar on the top left side of the screen.

– Left click is a "nice word" and right click is a "mean word". The success of your message depends on balancing your tone! Ya wanna scam these fools but not intimidate them so much as to get the US military involved, y'know?

- It's okay to mess up. Jerry's been at this for ages, and is acquainted with failure.

- Extra brownie points for wiggling your puppet as wildly as possible. You're a puppeteer, damnit. Put on a show.
